Workshop description
Learn how to create even more `win-win’ exchanges with clients, colleagues and all of those other important people in your life. Become familiar with four persuasive strategies and how they can be applied in everyday exchanges. Through discussions and role-play scenarios, you’ll practice dealing with challenging situations that require overcoming resistance and encouraging collaboration.
What to expect
In this online workshop offered via zoom, you’ll be guided through exercises and invited to role-play workplace scenarios. Using small-group breakout rooms, so you’ll have an opportunity to both reflect and participate. Please note that we will be emailing you a handout before the session that we recommend you pint out or have available on another device.

Laptop/desktop strongly suggested; mobile devices will work but the screen will be small.

Since we will be using breakout rooms, you need to to install the Zoom application on your laptop/computer. It is not possible to join a breakout room via a web browser or in-room video conferencing system. Go to https://zoom.us to get the process started.
