Sessions are highly interactive including discussions, pair-work and role play scenarios, and they can be delivered online or in-person.

Become familiar with four persuasive strategies and how they can be applied in everyday exchanges. Through discussions and role-play scenarios, you’ll practice dealing with challenging situations that require overcoming resistance and encouraging collaboration.
