About Jayne Edmonds

Jayne is an Adult Educator who specializes in helping international professionals realize their full potential. She focuses on leadership development by clarifying future goals and then building a program that includes communication skills, cultural awareness and language depth. Each program is customized to the participant’s desired outcomes and existing strengths, thereby ensuring fast and effective change.

With extensive experience in leadership, Jayne has held positions such as Director of Pedagogy, Program Director and ESL Coordinator providing individuals and companies with language, leadership and corporate training services. She has worked extensively with Toronto-based companies, as well as clients in Colombia, China and Japan, specializing in Higher Education, Health Care, Social Service, Technology and Finance.

Jayne has a Master’s in Adult Education degree from the University of Toronto as well as a Certificate in Solutions Focused Brief Coaching, from Ontario Institute for Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto (OISE/UT).
